We are not here to fix the world, the world is not broken. We are here to continue its creation.
2 weeks into the war;
This is a call for the world's global citizens to bear witness - We need you.
Here in Israel and Gaza, Palestine,
WAR is RAW
there is so much pain, grief, anger, and fear. Our defences are high. In dark days, this pain limits our bandwidth from truly being able to feel anyone else except ourselves, to feel each other's pain, loss, longing, and hope.
Both nations are responsible for the blood on their hands. Both nations follow disconnected leadership. Brutal, ignorant, and deceptive leaders.
Words such as humanity, dehumanising, proportion, and vacuum are flying in the air with no humility at all.
We forget that we are all, first and foremost, the BEING in the human. All of US.
The world cycles on the marigold round, swaying to one side or the other, up and down, following the leaders' piper's path, following the shadow, not the light.
Stand tall like a mast; you must.
Stand for peace. Choose to influence that.
If peace is what you seek to influence in your own life, home, communities, and the world:
Then how do you nurture this peace?
What parts of you are not in peace?
Can you be in peace with these parts?
We, in the Middle East, need you on the side of peace to remind us of that.

We are all part of the world collective nervous system, just as we encourage and teach grounding, centering, and exhalation. Regulating the nervous system on the dance floor, in the therapy room, or indeed with your child.
